These rules protect the people we help and keep the team on the right side of the law.
- Only refer people who come to you asking for help.
- Never use crash reports or watch for accidents to find people.
- Never approach anyone at a crash scene, hospital or doctor's office.
- Never pay, gift or promise anything to the person you refer.
- Never promise a result or settlement amount, or give legal advice.
- Always say you're a referral partner, and never pose as an attorney.
Partners who break these rules may be removed from my team.

Do I need a license?
You don't need to be an attorney. You never give legal advice or talk about what a case is worth. You only connect people who ask for help. My Accident Experts will explain any requirements that apply to you when you sign up.
How do I get paid?
Commissions are paid through My Accident Experts. You submit a W-9 and your direct deposit details in your dashboard, where you can also track your referrals and commissions.
What counts as a qualified referral?
Qualification is decided by My Accident Experts and its attorney partners, based on things like the type of accident, the injuries involved and whether the person wants help. Your dashboard shows the status of each referral.
Can I do this part time?
Yes. There are no set hours, so refer people whenever it fits your schedule.
